Bookings Policy for The Ox Bristol
Please note we require a valid credit card number to confirm bookings. Unless we specifically refer to a “refundable deposit”, we do NOT charge anything to the credit card unless there is a “no show” of which we have no prior notice of £10 per person 24 hours prior to your reservation. Refundable deposits are credited in full to your account balance on payment on departure.
The information we collect about you from providing your contact details is used lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. If you choose to opt in to receive any newsletters or promotional emails the type of information we collect this way may include your name, address and email address. Information gathered for this purpose will never be used for any other purpose or shared with any other companies.
We will always give you the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking an ‘Unsubscribe’ button. We will never collect sensitive information from you without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate, relevant and up to date.
